Camera & Media We access your device camera and media to:

• Capture images for task completion
• Upload and store task-related photos

Access to photos and videos is strictly limited to purposes directly related to app functionality, in compliance with Google Play's Photo and Video Permissions policy.

Prominent Disclosure: Camera access is requested solely for capturing task-related images. You will be prompted before this permission is used.

Storage Access We access device storage to:

• Save images and files
• Retrieve task-related media

Personal Information We may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Login credentials

Usage Data We may collect:

• Device information
• App usage logs
• Crash reports

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to:

• Provide core app functionality

• Monitor performance and security

We do not use your data for any purpose beyond what is disclosed in this policy.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We retain your data only as long as necessary for app functionality and legal compliance. Upon account deletion, data is removed within 15 days unless retention is required by law.

8. Account & Data Deletion

Google Play requires all apps to provide a readily accessible data deletion option. We offer two methods:

Delete from Within the App

1. Open the app
2. Go to Profile / Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm deletion

Delete via Email

• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• Include your registered name, email, and phone number
• Processing time: 15 business days

Note:

• Deleted accounts cannot be recovered
• Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes even after deletion

9. Permissions Justification

All permissions are requested only when needed and are not used beyond their stated purpose.

10. Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the Application

You agree to:

• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to exploit the app or its infrastructure

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity conducted under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.

4. Location Usage

You agree that:

• Location services are used for core app functionality, task tracking, and verification
• Disabling location permissions may limit or prevent certain app features
• Location is accessed only in the foreground and not for geofencing

5. Camera & Media Usage

You agree that:

• Camera and media access is used only for task-related image capture and upload
• You will not upload illegal, harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Uploaded content must be directly related to your assigned tasks

6. User Responsibilities

You must NOT:

• Upload false, misleading, or fabricated information
• Attempt unauthorized access, hacking, or reverse engineering
• Misuse the platform in any way that harms other users or the Company

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within the app are the exclusive property of Rivaan Indian Pacific. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Misuse or abuse of the app
• Any illegal activity conducted through the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app use

10. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

11. Governing Law
